Harvest Festival

As the weather forecast for this morning was so awful we reluctantly decided not to risk the walk to church, especially when it began to spit.  However, our spirits were not dampened and instead the church came to us at each school. 

At the Infant School, children sang the Harvest Stew song followed by Great Big God with obligatory actions, of course. Everyone loves audience participation. Our Reception class then sang their own song called In the Garden...which was extremely rewarding to see. Children came up with some of their own donations and then we ended with our Ormesby Prayer of Thanks. Great job from everyone involved.
All the donations will now be taken to the Martham Food Bank.
